Scope of this notice
This notice covers blindluck-casino.org.uk only – an independent information site about Blindluck casino, its games and its promotions. It has nothing to do with the data the operator itself collects once a visitor clicks through and registers on the operator's own platform; that relationship is governed by the operator's own privacy terms, not this one. If you're looking for how Blindluck handles your account data, this page won't answer that – it explains what happens on our side of the fence.
We are a publisher, not a gambling business. Nothing here should be read as describing Blindluck's own data practices.
Categories of information we handle
Two kinds of data reach us. The first is technical: IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed, gathered automatically through server logs and cookies. The second is anything you type into a contact form – typically your name and email address, plus whatever you write in the message.
- Technical and usage data collected passively while you browse
- Contact-form submissions you choose to send us
- Cookie identifiers, covered in full in our separate cookie policy
We do not collect financial details, identity documents or gambling activity – that information, if it exists at all, sits with the operator, not with us.
Lawful basis and purposes
We process technical data on the basis of legitimate interest – keeping the site running, secure and reasonably fast. Where we rely on analytics or advertising cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time. Contact-form data is processed to answer the query you sent us, nothing more.
Sharing with third parties
Some of the tools that make the site work – hosting, analytics, and occasionally advertising – are run by outside providers, and your data passes through them as a result. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we don't hand it to the operator whose brand we cover. Any transfer outside the UK/EEA is limited to providers offering an adequate level of protection under UK GDPR.
Your rights under UK GDPR
As a UK resident, you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the data we hold about you, to receive it in a portable format, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent whenever consent was the basis for it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, the UK's supervisory authority for data protection.
Minors
This site, like the gambling content it covers, is restricted to people aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and if we discover we have, we'll delete it. Parents sharing a device with a younger person may want to look at parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio, which sits outside anything we control but is worth knowing about.
Changes to this notice
We may update this policy as the site, its tools or the law around data protection change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, so it's worth checking back occasionally rather than assuming nothing has moved.
Last updated: 18 December 2025.
